Frequently Asked Questions
Vehicle Entries
What happens if I registered my car and I cannot attend or the show is cancelled?
VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEES are nonrefundable. It may be necessary to cancel the show for reasons beyond our reasonable control. If we are required to cancel the show we will offer you the choice of either: (a) a refund for the paid amount minus a 6% transaction and administrative charge; or (b) credit for the next show.
In such cases, our liability is limited to refunding the fees according to the policy above for the show. We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel show as a result of an event outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, heavy rain, hail, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts or threats of terrorism, strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action or a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
What happens if I have to leave early?
All show cars and vendors are expected to remain on display from 9am until 3pm. Please remember, the public has paid to see the displays and it is unfair to them if you leave early.
If you must leave due to an emergency, come to the large center white ACCO tent and request an escort out. Due to public safety, NO MOVING VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE SHOW AREA without an event staff escort. If you are caught moving your vehicle during the event without an escort, you will not be allowed to participate in the future.
What time does the site open for display cars?
The site will open at 6:30am. For the safety of everyone involved in setting up the show area, NO CARS will be allowed to enter prior to 6:45am unless belonging to a show volunteer. Cars arriving after 8:45am WILL NOT be allowed to participate and will forfeit all entrance fees. Judging will begin at 8am.
Even packets will be mailed to each vehicle entry one week prior to the show. Please read and follow all directions carefully. Bring your packet with you to the show and place (AREA LETTER FACING OUTWARD) on your dash. This will help staging move faster.
Sponsor & Vendor Entries
What happens if I signed up as a sponsor or vendor and I cannot attend or the show is cancelled?
SPONSOR / VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the sponsor/vendor wishes to cancel after May 10, 2024, no refund will be issued and all fees will become a 100% tax-deductible donation to Ability Connection Colorado. Sponsor/Vendor may cancel prior to May 10, 2024 and will receive a total refund minus a 6% transaction and administrative charge to the original form of payment.
SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY: It may be necessary to cancel the show for reasons beyond our reasonable control. If we are required to cancel the show we will offer you the choice of either: (a) a refund for the paid amount minus a 50% transaction and administrative charge; or (b) credit for the next show.
When should we arrive to set-up? When can we break down?
The display area will open at 7am for load-in. We request that you arrive no later than 8:30am and remain on display until 3pm. For the safety of entrants, sponsors and spectators, vendors/sponsors arriving after 8:30am, who require a vehicle moving around inside the show area, WILL NOT be allowed to participate and will forfeit their entrance fees.
If you must leave due to an emergency, you must come to the large center white tent and request a staff escort out.
All displaying vendors/sponsors will be mailed an event packet approximately one week prior to the show. Inside the packet there will be a placard to place on the windshield of your load-in vehicle and important information, including a map, on where to go once you arrive at the venue. Bring ALL items inside the event packet with you to the event and follow instructions on how to proceed once inside the show area.
